Much easier to use than a neti pot. The water flow flushes the sinuses more effectively than the canned nasal saline spray, and this is much less expensive. I use twice a day, and my sinuses are better than they have been in a long time. I highly recommend this product.

I have suffered from sinus problems for years(even have had sinus surgery), so U have used all of the sinus products you can think of. This device, in my opinion, works better than the neti pot and the squeeze rinse. This system doesn't leave a big mess of water everywhere as the release controls the water flow and the system is made to flow smoothly. The bottle holds more than enough water and has measuring marks for you as well. I love that it comes with s child tip (it is smaller and doesn't let as much water flow through as it hasn't four smaller holes instead of one large one) and a drawstring storage bag. I have already recommended this to other sinus sufferers.

This thing rocks! Worth every penny, and probably a few more! My son is 12 weeks old and experiencing his first cold. His nasal congestion and sinus drainage were causing us both a lot of misery. The regular nasal aspirator just made him scream, and the saline drops only seemed to help for a few minutes. In a haze of desperation, I ordered this and had it shipped overnight. He is finally sleeping well for the first time in three nights! I chose it over the NoseFrida based on other reviews, and I'm glad I did. The product works extremely well. (SO MUCH GUNK removed!)
