This floatie is fantastic, we purchased this for my 10.5 lb 6 MO old who is a 9 week pre- mature which is why she seems underweight. We have used it in an indoor pool and will be using it soon on a lake. There are 3 points of inflation for it and the back rest for the baby is incredibly hard to inflate. It will inflate and seem right but upon further inspection we found that the back has ribs that inflate and we hadn't even initiated those. After blowing hard enough that I felt I was going to pass out it inflated with ease. The canopy is simply and easy to use. I'd say the only thing that freaked my wife out is the front does not have a lot o weight on it and we were sliding the float or back and forth between my wife and I while doing so the front end dipped and was taking on water pretty fast which made my wife think it was going to flip however it did not as the ring on the outside is perforated. Also the straps at the bottom can be adjusted to a wide range of sizes. Like I said I have a 10.5 lb 6 MO old and it fit her well

We used this for our four month old daughter and she absolutely loved it. The canopy was perfect for shade, she was not exposed to sun at all. As some of the other reviews say, water did get in the ring around where the baby sets but it did not seem to be a problem for us. We wanted our daughter to get a little bit wet. At no point was she in danger because of the water that was in the float. I do think the price is a little high but it is very safe so I was willing to pay.

This float is a life saver in the pool this summer. My little one is 3 months and she loves this! Others on the market she wouldn't be able to use until 6 months, so I'm very happy with this purchase. The only negative is that she leans to the left, not sure why, but hoping that will change the older she gets. I love being able to bring her in the pool with me, great product for infants! Thanks!

My twins are 3 months old, but they were 5 weeks early, making them small for their age! I am a water bug & knew I needed something to make swimming possible with two infants. I am also a big believer the water is too cold for infants to be submerged! So when I seen this float I had to try it! & boy did it make a difference! My babies lounges in the float while I swam & they BARELY got wet. It was amazing. The only "con" I have is that since the babies were still small they tilted to the side. This was because even on the smallest stap I couldn't get it SNUG. now there was no worries of them falling out, it just didn't keep them in the same place.

Perfect float for babies who are too little for the average infant floaty. We first used this when our baby boy was about 6 weeks, and it was great. He loves the water and this provides more than enough support for him.
-The outer dark blue ring inflates, as well as the inner dark blue frame surrounding the seat and the light blue backrest of the seat itself. Each is its own air compartment that you have to blow up separately.
-The harness is simple, nothing special or fancy.
-The outer ring of the floaty has handles for you to hold on to.
-The shade cover is detachable. It can stand straight up or be snapped back into place like the photo.

This floaty also serves as a great shaded seat for baby out of the water. I'm bringing it to the beach so he can sit in the shade on a padded seat while I lay out next to him and catch some sun.
