Great comfortable belt

Bought this for my son. He loves it, since hes an avid fisherman and beach goer
Fell apart in two days. No customer support.

I had high hopes for this, but it fell apart in two days.
Pros:
1) Waterproof.
2) Silicone is solid (not likely to stretch or wear out).
3) Very easy to cut to custom size.
Cons:
1) Buckle doesn't lie completely flat. Looks slightly awkward.
2) Buckle spontaneously FELL APART in two days! I had just fastened the belt when the metal buckle suddenly went crashing to the floor. Both of the tiny screws popped out disappeared.
3) Terrible customer service. The seller is not reachable through Amazon. I attempted to contact them through the Amazon interface, but received an auto-reply saying that they've failed to configure their Amazon account to receive customer communication.
By the way, I also tried contacting them a while ago with a question about a different product, and they didn't respond to that either.
