Of course this Digital Tire Pressure Gauge, is specifically made to reading and to lower the pressure of the tire if needed. But to inflate or add air to your tires, you still need another device, an air compressor. But as for me I like this device because it is easy and convenient to read and adjust the tires quickly and to see if more actions need to be done first. This Gauge seems to be more accurate than other gauges I still have in my possession. It gives you all well balanced tires for the road. The best part I liked is hose and nozzle. I was happy to see the nozzle made of metal inside out. I had problems with old ones because of this area, they are worn out or get stuck. But this Gauge is very well built and very sturdy too, with unique glow in the dark, battery operated and automatic shut off.

I purchased a new vehicle and decided on buying a new tire pressure gauge for it. I've grown tiresome of trying to use the pressure driven stick style of gauge that is hard to read. I also have one that has a needle that often gets stuck. So, I decided to try a digital gauge and I'm glad I did. The gauge arrived well packaged and complete with simple operating instructions and two required AAA batteries. The gauge seems well built, durable and has a rugged exterior that appears would handle accidental drops fairly well. I tested it on a vehicle that has a built-in tire pressure reading system and confirmed the accuracy of this unit to a +/- 1psi. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and look forward to years of use.

The gauge screws on to the tire valve. For me much air pressure is lost in the process of screwing it on and off. I found it not usable for my bicycle, which is the reason I got it. Maybe it can be used for larger tires.

This tire pressure gauge is more accurate than what I used to have. It was confusing when u were using an old gauge. The reading number varied all the time. It is easier with this one.
