The Body Flex Sport, Body Work 3 in One, operates like three different machines! My son, who is mechanically inclined, but this equipment together in less then an hour, he was the first to try it out. Everything working as advertized. Personally, this equipment is the right fit for me, my home gym, and my plus one. So, you ask again why 3n1, due to limited space I needed to due my research, Amazon was a great place to start, because there was no reviews, the product was new, I took the challenge to be one of the first to review this equipment! Two thumbs up!!!

Greatly surprised. Many parts but if you take your time you can put it together. It took me 3 hours to finish. I'm so glad I bought this , great exercise equipment. Makes very little noise.
