I am not opposed to processed food and probably choose it more than is healthy for me. I have always liked Uncle Ben's, but this tastes like chemicals. Not that I go around ingesting chemicals, but you know how some foods have that "flavor". Two stars because it is certainly easy to make (heat up in 90 seconds), and would have been helpful after surgery, but...gag. There really is something off with this rice. I threw the package out, but would be curious if it it contains GMO ingredients because other GMO foods have had the same taste to me.

Good for the quality, but the pilaf flavor seemed lost. It was still an excellent value for the effort and price.
