Always love Anthony Thomas buckeyes. I bought in early fall so it was still warm enough that a handful melted during shipping. There was a cooling pack but it wasn't perfect. Still tasted delicious !

I'd never tried a Buckeye before, but after watching it being made, on Unwrapped 2.0, I was intrigued to give it a try, despite the price. It was surprisingly good, I can see why it was featured on the show. Part of me expected a Reese's peanut butter cup knockoff, and flavor-wise it's definitely in that family. But it's the high end of that kind of sweet with a wonderful, creamy peanut butter filling. I do wish the chocolate shell was more pronounced and richer in flavor, to highlight the contrast and marrying of the two iconic ingredients, but it was definitely tasty. But at the Amazon price, I have to look on it as a treat, not something I'd get often.
