I used these to attach a vinyl fence structure that I am using as a toilet enclosure on my cement pool deck. They work great and were much cheaper than buying from my local fence company.

My fence panels would fly away in a strong wind and those posts would still be standing! Very secure mounting using (4 ea.) concrete anchors per post. Once we got the hang of how to measure the next post's position and how to plumb the tower's the job went fairly quick.

So far so good. Glad to see more hardware was included that what was shown (4 lag bolts for wood, 4 anchor bolts for stone/concrete). Base plates are heavy, and walls are thick enough (sure they could be thicker) but it's holding up a plastic fence, the fence will break before these do. They are pricy, figure you could probably drop the price and still make some money, but they do make installing a fence on these surfaces a lot easier (which is why I purchased them). Time will tell how they weather the elements, but I have no doubt they'll do the job I need. I haven't had to contact the seller for any issues, or returns but would not hesitate to purchase this item from this vendor/seller again.

Tower is straight and the base plate is square and level. Shipping was quick and the tower is as described. Instructions are clear which made installation quick and easy. I love that it is both galvanized and powder coated. This will last a long time installed on my concrete pad. Note: Make sure you use the provided washers as shims, (below the tower) to make the tower level before tightening it down. I love the look of my vinyl fence!
