I know this is targeted towards men, but I wanted something more than the sweat belt that I have to go around my waist. I have been researching sweat vests for women but I wanted something that wasn't cut low in the front.

This vest is for men, but I feel like it covers me the way that I want to be covered. I read reviews that it is hard to get on and off so I decided to order up a size. I ordered large and it fits perfectly, not too snug, but snug enough to make me sweat.

I took off one star because of the smell. Upon opening the package, I noticed an odor, not like it has been used before. It was a new smell, I'm thinking it's the fabric/material that it's made of? I did put in the washer before wearing but even after washing once the "new" smell was still there. The smell had faded some so maybe after wearing and washing a few more times the smell will completely be gone. The smell isn't bad enough that it will make me stop wearing though.

This vest will make you sweat! That is the purpose and it does just that. I mainly use the vest when I am lifting weights. I already sweat quite a bit if I am running or doing cardio so I felt like I would get the most use while doing my weight routine. I will eventually try it out when I am doing cardio.

As previous reviews have noted:it is a little difficult to get off if you are really sweaty, but it's not an impossible task.

I USUALLY WEAR SIZE LARGE BUT I ORDERED A BIGGER SIZE BECAUSE I READ OTHERS CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK, BUT SEEM LIKE THE XLARGE IS STILL SMALL FOR ME. ITS A GOOD QUALITY . IF YOU ORDER ONE OF THIS MAKE SURE YOU ORDER A DOUBLE SIZE OF YOUR NORMAL SIZE. I PERSONALLY RECOMMENDED THIS ITEM. Updated4/22/2018 I noticed that after I used this three times its not as tie as it used to be at first time of used. I love it. If you use normally wear large buy it one size larger xlarge.

I am not obsessed about my body, I do not want to be a bodybuilder, not even slim. My only concern its to be healthy. Although, I have a problem, I often go to the gym and I complete my whole rutine, and I realized I do not sweat enough, I mean, I g et tire, but after an hour and a half of gym and I barely sweat; It must be something corporal.

Anyway, I decided to try this product, and after 1 week wearing it, I am starting to feel the changes, I am indeed sweating, not as much as I was expecting for, but I can not denie that this shirt works, it feels a little bit unconfortable at the beggining, but thatis what always
happens when you get new clothes. Its design is also pretty good looking, it looks durable, not too hard to wash.

Impossible to get off after putting on. Literally had to cut myself out of it.

The best idea is a great concept. While stationed in Okinawa, I wore the stomach belt, while running and playing racquetball. Loved it, and the results were great. The belt was easy to get n & off, and washable. The vest, due to design, is very hard to get on and off.. Once it is on, it fits great, when taking it off I had to have assistance. I believe a zipper down the front would solve the issues.
