Everything was perfect about this company. The materials they mail are incredibly user-friendly. The collection of water is extremely simple and they even have a YouTube video in case you're not sure if you're doing the right thing. And the customer service is SUPERB! They are very responsive and informative. I even asked them to give me a personal interpretation of the reports once I received them (at the time they promised I would) and they went above and beyond! They are kind, respectful and responsible. I recommend this company without hesitation. And if I ever need another water analysis they are my to-go people no doubt!
A little difficult to follow instructions

Still waiting on the results, so I don't have feedback for that. The package I received had so many different cards with various instructions here and there, it was a little difficult to piece together the whole process. They tell me to activate before I take the sample, but then they want me to fill in the date and time of sampling. I can't fill that in until I know when I'm sampling it, and I'm not at a computer at the sample site. After I sampled, I packaged everything up only to realize the report number is only on materials that are in the box headed for testing. I had to contact their customer service to retrieve it. Overall, the system could be a little better designed.
