I didn't know that Velveeta made this convenient version of cheese sauce. So, I decided to see how it will turn out to make Mac & Cheese bites. It turned out pretty good as you can see in the picture. I added few ingredients to make it manageable to make a ball. Tast really good although little less cheesy taste, but it surely turned out pretty good. I don't have to grate cheese, etc. Just mix this pouch with macaroni. This is very versatile since I can add any ingredients to taste the way I want. And best part is that I can make it quickly. By the way, Mac and Cheese bites turned out YUM !

Great for easy and quick meals. Cheesy broccoli, cheesy potatoes, macaroni and cheese. Never knew you could purchase this stuff out side of the velveeta shells and cheese boxes. I also like to have them in my emergency food pantry because they have a pretty good shelf life and don't require refrigeration.
