It's built well and it is mostly pre-assembled so assembles in essentially one step(literally install the top bar and done with exception of the clamps screwed on the base for mounting the top bar while in storage... that only takes a few extra minutes). I weigh 105 lbs and hung from the center of the bar and it bowed a little but not much.... more than adequate for a rack full of clothes. If I ever need more of these, I will buy again. It easily folds for storage once the top bar is removed. I like the fact that the top bar is one piece, eliminating any concern of it coming apart with a lot of weight on it.

This rolling rack is the real deal! It really is heavy duty and extremely sturdy. The top bar holds a lot of weight and will not bend in the center, it can handle a lot of clothes. The wheels roll easily on hard and carpeted floors. The bars on the bottom are sturdy enough to hold filled laundry baskets or any other items to store neatly. I unpacked this rack and assembled it in less than 5 minutes.

I was gifted 3 commercial garment racks almost 20 years ago and lately I wanted to buy more of the same type of sturdy construction but I didn't know where it was originally purchased from. Thankfully, found this one, GR-100, comes the closest in design and construction to what I have where by the horizontal bars are solid one piece on the base and also the same for the top hanging bar. The joints are welded and not bracketed by plastic.
The package weight was 23 lbs so is quite heavy and the box it was delivered in was banged up and torn to bits on the corners. Thankfully, because it is all steel construction, minor scratches are cosmetics and did not affect use.
Assembling was easy.
It was difficult to see from the vendor's photo for the wheels so I'm attaching pictures of the wheel to show it is the solid rubber type and not hollow, flimsy plastic. I am also attaching a picture to show the welded joint of the top hanging bar. A bit of a rough job compared to my existing racks but it's solidly done.
Highly recommend.
