I've been having heel pain recently no matter what shoes I wear. These inserts helped majorly. They are made to be able to be cut to fit in your shoes. The insoles have lines at the toe to help guide your cut and give you the perfect fit. I love that the insole isn't too thick. I've purchased other insoles that were so thick it made me feel like my foot was going to fall out of my shoe, these are perfect! They offer the perfect about of support for my arches and padding to avoid my heal pain.

While I'm happy with how these insoles support my feet, the craftsmanship is lacking. Within 2 weeks of wearing, the top layer has peeled away from the insole only at my heels, leaving material that bunches and sticks to my foot. It's like the glue holding it on has work away or melted. I think the cushioning is awesome and these are very comfortable, but there seems to be some issues with the top layer staying put.

Was looking for a pair of insoles and chose these ones because of the good reviews. Although they felt comfortable, unfortunately they appear to be very poor quality. I put them in my boots yesterday, and by today they are already falling apart. Literally, not even 24 hours later (please see photo attached to review). Very disappointed with this purchase.

I have flat feet and weak ankles. When I stand my ankles turn inward (over pronation). This stretches the inside tendons at the ankle and causes pain. My podiatrist recommended a PUREBOX which provided a firm plate from the arch to the back of the heel. Unfortunately these caused significant heel pain. After doing an internet search I found the PUREBOX inserts that have the same arch support, but also have a soft cushion in the heel. Ahhh....at last, both problems solved. Amazon provides reliable service at the lowest cost for these shoe inserts.
