I can definitely say this smells absolutely true to being lavender essential oil. What did surprise me was the expiration date had past! Honestly, if it was not 100% pure lavender it may not have been okay, but it is perfectly fine!! I haven't ever noticed a date on other essential oils I have bought, so I just opened it anyway!
It also comes with the normal small hole top for dispensing AND a dropper! NICE!

Didn't receive the dropper with the oil. Haven't tried this oil yet, but also purchased Tea Tree Oil face cream which I like a lot. I gave this four stars based on the results of the cream, but disappointed I didn't received the dropper.

I have to say, since the price was so reasonable and the size was large, I thought the scent w/b weak..not at all!! Very vanilla-ry, works great with my homemade body creams and in the diffusers. I'd definitely buy again.
