So far brand new this chair is great, seat isn't too soft or too hard, doesn't rock but reclines very nicely which makes watching tv very comfortable, especially with the head pillow, haven't had enough time with the lumbar support but I think it will be great, arm rests don't slide back very far, I would suggest installing them backwards if you play on console with no desk, base seems sturdy, and the wheels are pretty heavy duty, they have rubber instead of plastic, so overall I would highly recommend this chair, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't rock and the arm rests don't go back far enough.

I loved this chair when I first got it. Today marks 3 months since I've ordered it. About a week ago the back mesh started to come loose. I've tried to put it back in (works much like window screen) but it just pops right back out. Also staples are now coming out of the upper part of the mesh. I've contacted support but no response as of yet.
EDIT: Its been probably a year or more since I contact the company. They made things right and sent an entire new chair at no cost. Didn't even want the old chair back. Thanks Respawn. Changed from 2 to 4 stars.

Super comfortable, the built in adjustable lumbar support is a nice feature along with the mesh back it keeps me cool while gaming long hours in a hot summer. Super cool looking, with a premium feel the it, doesn't feel like a cheap generic gaming chair. It makes me feel like I'm in a space ship. I was looking for a chair with a mesh back for a while and finally found one. I'm 6'1 210 pounds and it's very sturdy. Very happy with my purchase.

I wanted a chair with good support, adjustable arms, sharp looks and a reasonable price. This chair checked all the boxes. I looked at a local office supply, who carried this chair but in the wrong color. Sitting in it was a pleasure, but they didn't carry it in "RED." The unmentioned office supply store wanted $299.00 for the "Pandemic Version" of this chair. So, by ordering this from Amazon, I saved $110 (Below MSRP) and got free shipping with AmazonPrime. Shipping took three days less than the Amazon estimate. Assembly was straight forward except for one minor error in the manufacture's assembly instructions, otherwise this was about as perfect a purchase as I could ask for!

Instructions were not great but the chair is very comfortable. The are a lot of adjustment to make it for your body. It is heavier than I expected and the build quality is better than expected. I'm very happy I upgraded from a cheaper chair.
