I have this lovely gown in navy. I'm very pleased with it. The fabric, fit and color are very nice - especially for the price. Since I was so pleased, I ordered the same gown in red. (Full disclosure: I knew that red dyes in textiles can be tricky.) Red often doesn't set well... the garment, towel, sheet or whatever...can run a little or sometimes A WHOLE LOT!!! In my experience, i've purchased red garments that didn't run...but they were considerably more expensive. Since I know about red, I tested a small section of the gown in cold water. The water was BLOOD RED! My bed linen is white - using this gown without testing it could have been a disaster.
As mentioned above - I'm generally very pleased with the gown (in navy.) I've returned the red gown and will order it again in a different color. I recommend this gown but avoid it in RED.
