Is definitely helping my posture.

I can believe how much use I'm getting out of this. I have been using it when I go hiking and I find I can do further and helps with any strain ony back. One improvement would be to add handles to the velcro straps so you can find and grab them easier when u need to adjust it.

it's an interesting device and I'm sure it has its uses but for me it is a little too narrow for my back. I'm 6-2 and I wear a size 48 coat.
You might need a larger size.

This is extremely difficult to put on and take off. I am at the upper limit on the chest size of what they said would fit. If you are smaller and towards the lower end you can probably reach the velcro tabs fine but I cannot. Also, the straps are thin and tend to dig in. Again, this might be because I am on the upper limit on their size chart.

I didn't care for this correct posture. I wanted one that didn't attach in the front, thought this looked good, especially with such good reviews. But for me It was stiff, the Velcro was scratchy and wow it really stunk, not sure from what. I returned mine.
