I was so disappointed with how this product arrived

AWFUL. I bought this item as a gift for my nephew. Upon arrival, many of the pieces were broken. The following items were broken: 1-Front Train Car: back wheels had broken off. 2-Caboose: Attachment had broken off (which connects it to other cars) 3-Three track pieces were broken. As a toy that is not extremely cheap, I was so disappointed with how this product arrived. It will not even run as the front train car is broken. Such a waste of money. Will never purchase from this company again.

Train is nice looking plastic. Has 3 sound settings: off, train engine, and train engine with "Choochoo". The small plastic track pieces that hold the track together do break easily, even by adults trying to put together too rapidly. Like many similar trains is fairly sensitive to putting the wheels on the track carefully. Not really great for kids unless you don't care how long it lasts.
