I really like these. I just use the old tollhouse chocolate chip recipe and use these caramel chips instead of the chocolate ones , since my sister can't have chocolate. These chips are very close to real caramel in flavor, and they freeze well too... I tend to mix a whole batch and freeze cookies in dough balls with these inside. I can then make a few cookies during the week and not mess up the kitchen.
