This belt does everything advertised. It's as stiff and tough as a duty belt, but it fits normal belt loops. It's a flat profile, so you could probably wear a duty belt over it if you had to. As a bigger guy (6'4, 250lbs) I'm pretty picky about belts since I wear heavy cargo pants and jeans and normal belts don't even cut it. That's ignoring all the stuff I carry in my pockets (handgun, wallet, keys, knife, ammo, flashlight, cellphone). This belt doesn't slip or stretch. I even had to unhook it to sit down after a large meal. That's how precise and uncompromising the fit is. I'll wear it till it falls apart and re-edit this later.
Side note: I don't know what people are talking about when they say the fit is wrong. I think they're just lying to themselves about their waste size. Get a soft tape measure, measure yourself at your widest point, and order that. You'll be fine.

It's a solid piece of kit. The belt is indeed stiffened to keep your attached accouterments from twisting. Standard metal 1.5" belt keepers are useful to keep your items from sliding around on the belt. Because of the stiffness, it can be a little tricky getting things situated, but it's completely doable.

I needed to turn the belt inside out to work for my scenario, but that doesn't seem to be an issue for either the belt or the buckle. Speaking of the buckle, it's also well constructed. Releases easily and holds together well.

I worked it out a little today at the range and was very satisfied with its performance. I've an all day range event coming up next week, which was the reason for the purchase. I'll update my review after that, but for now I'm extremely satisfied.

I've had this belt for a # of months now and have worn it everyday since. It's been my edc belt and I've worn it during firearms classes as well. It's held up very nicely but there are some things to report to future buyers. I'll start with the bad. Like some other reviewers, I found that the Velcro isn't exactly aligned with the webbing of the belt. The end of the Velcro hangs off just a bit. It doesn't seem like a big deal until you strap this belt on and that little corner digs into your side, causing you to pee a little bit. Not a good look when you're at the range with your buddies. The good news is that it's pretty easily corrected. I just cut that portion of Velcro off. It's kind of annoying because it frays pretty easily and from time to time I'll have to take a lighter to that section of Velcro to melt any loose strands. Doing this, you also cut away material that's close to the sewing that's keeping the Velcro attached to the webbing. If you're not careful, you could probably cut thru this and leave a portion of the Velcro hanging loose. One other thing, the finish of the adjustable end of the belt leaves a bit to be desired. It's roughly melted into place and looks a little hurried. Not sure if it'll eventually fail but it's held up so far and really to this point has only been aesthetically displeasing. Overall though, this belt is super sturdy. Being double lined, it's really rigid and able to hold a ton of equipment without folding or bending. I carry a G19 with a G17 mag for my edc. It's just over 3.5 lbs and this belt doesn't even flinch. It might be rigid to a fault, as sometimes if I'm wearing very lighter pants (not jeans) it'll flex away from my body when I'm sitting in certain positions. Causing my firearm to flex away from my body. If you're not careful someone can spot your concealed carry. Anyway, I've worn this belt during class too with my owb holsters as well. It's held up great there. To sum it up, this belt handles edc iwb holsters great as well as overt owb carry as well. For the $ I paid, it's so worth it and a great savings over the more pricey name brands.

Hey you blue collar worker, tired of your leather belts loosening over time? Tired of constantly re-feeding your stupid little belt tab every time you hit the can,or having the little tag end get in the way, or about to piss yourself cause you can't get your belt undone? Or are you a filthy casual that just wants to look tacticool? Well this belt is where it's at, just adjust the belt to you and your pants and boom, done, that's it, quick little press of the buckle release and your getting down to business, oh and just a simple snap back together and you're back to work. Honestly managers should give their employees this belt just to speed up the bathroom break. Not only that but it's durable enough to where it isn't going to start bending out of shape or stretching after a few weeks of wear. This may as well be Batman utility belt, phone clip, knife, grenades, rockets, assault dog, you can put what ever the hell you want on this belt and not worry about your pants sagging like some rap star.

The belt is thick but will accommodate most belt loops. Like most belts of these types you will need to remote the buckle before donning but it is made very easy with a velcro backing. It is highly adjustable though I think I went with a size larger than recommended just in case, but go with your own judgement. The belt is very stiff and I have has no problem supporting a sub compact pistol in addition to a variety of gear. The buckle is solid metal and easy to use. I have had no issue with it coming undone, but I also do not have a gut.
