The cupcakes were moist and seem fresh. I sent these to my sister as a gift and she loved them. She said they we're really good except the red velvet was mediocre and the rainbow was a bit too sugary but all other flavors were amazing!!

I bought these Baked by Melissa Cupcakes as a gift for a teacher. I love that I can have them shipped from amazon because shipping from the company is costly. They came in a box with dry ice so they stayed cold. You are supposed to freeze them until they are ready to be consumed. This is a great feature if you buy them for yourself and don't plan on eating them immediately. I was told from the teacher that they were great and tasted fresh. There is a great assortment of flavors to fit anyone's taste.
