Taste and smells very good. I mix 1 scoop with 8 oz of milk and I don't get any clumps of powder like you would with other brands it cost a little more than other brands but that extra cost is worth the taste smell and no clumps

I ordered the 2lb vanilla crème, and as you can see from the pic they sent a flavor not even listed (salted caramel). Protein is par for the course for casein; thick and sludgy. Although I don't like caramel, this isn't a bad overall flavor and texture combo. 7.5 or 8 out of 10 imo
