This is a decent Yoga swing. I thought that the fabric was going to be softer and more flexible. The title should be for trapeze practices. Don't think it doesn't work. It does. It just doesn't conform to your body as well for actual Aerial Yoga exercises. I do like the fact that it has the extra handles attached .It comes with all you need to hook it up to your ceiling. You can still get a good workout.
