I loved wearing these ear muffs during the winter and got lots of compliments. Maybe I was a little rough with storing it in my bag, but most of the times it hung from a bag strap so I don't know why the connecting piece started to undo itself. I got in contact with the company and they offered half of my money back, but really I wish they could repair mine or offer a new one. I used it all the time in the winter, they really do help with keeping me warm

These are the best earmuffs! They are soft, cute, and so warm. I go to college in Utah and these sure saved me while walking to class on chilly mornings and during a blizzard.
