I wore it bicycling. It fit under my helmet well. I was worried it wouldn't work well since it's made of such thin material. But I got no sweat running into my eyes, which is usually a problem for me when riding without a sweatband. When I took it off after riding, it was quite wet, so apparently there was sweat, but the band caught it all.
