I must say some of the poor reviews here could be remedied by proper preparation of surface and the correct ambient temp when applying. I have used this product on restaurant storefront commercial doors that the Health Department's are nit picking on gaps and it has held up pretty well many months later. Foot traffic hitting bottom of doors is the only thing tearing it up after many months. Denatured alcohol and scrub surface thoroughly and put strips in sun.
