It's really very soft, and it has an extra flap for covering your mouth and nose, or folding down around your neck and chin. It's easy to get on and off my head. I can't believe how many times have used it already, and I already ordered a second one in a different color. I can't believe I lived this long without one.

I was expecting it to be more close fitting than it is. It's lightweight, and the inside texture is nice. It's not adjustable, so I hope it shrinks some in the wash. With a hat on over it, it should provide enough comfort for my ears, but I'm not sure how well it will do keeping the wind from my face. It's not quite cold enough to wear it yet.
