This product was awesome for removing built up calluses on the pads on the hands. It's easy to keep in my workout bag and use quickly before or after a WOD. I know this product is designed with barbell and pull ups in mind, but I ordered it specifically for calluses on my feet from running. I have tried a variety of products, but Callus performance Is by far the best. After the first use, there was a significant difference and I could definitely feel the difference in my run. I'm hoping after a couple more times using this I'll feel better about showing off my feet in sandals! I highly recommend this for performance Improvement!

I'm a CrossFit coach, Olympic weightlifter, competitive shooter, and personal trainer, so my hands can get....rough, to put it gently. I have tried several different methods to prevent tears and care for my calluses, but none of them have been effective or worth the hassle. I actually gave up and just let my calluses build for the last few years because nothing seemed to help. I had hands a lumberjack would envy. I do CrossFit at least five times a week and had horrible callus buildup. This product has helped me file my calluses way down without getting rid of them so I don't have to worry so much about rips or losing my grip. Another reviewer mentioned that this was just a file and stainless steel with holes poked in it. That may be true but I certainly don't have time or supplies to make something like this myself. I imagine if I tried to make one of my own the holes would come out too sharp and rip my hands. This product is well worth the value and is small enough to work on smaller hands, like mine. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with calluses who wants to keep their hands from ripping, remove calluses safely, and still keep some smooth callus.

As a tip, I find it helpful to use this in the shower or right after, while my skin is still soft.
