grip well, comfortable strap is overly complicated, if they had one strap that wrapped twice around your wrist it would be great instead you have a bracelet strap that Velcros, then the wrap but other than that they are great

I am not a gymness, so I use this glove as a workout glove. If you work out and use free weights, this glove works great, firm grip on, well designed for wrist protection, and best yet, don't have to fish out heavy money for the fancy heavy duty workout glove.
