Cute and vibrant color but not super elastic and tight. I ordered a small and the length is fine but overall they are a little big. Don't fit like tights/leggings. A little baggy around my waist. I am 5'2 and 122lb. 25" waist, athletic build. Not sure if I will return yet or not

I purchased these leggings for a race at the beach. Because of the mixed reviews, I had low expectations; however, I am so happy with these leggings. Firstly, the color and pattern are so vibrant and pretty (I ordered rainbow), and the fabric is not see-through. Secondly, I experienced no chafing during my race - a concern since I was uncertain about the quality of the fabric. I am 5-9, with a short torso and long legs. On me, these leggings were quite high waisted and approximately 7/8 length, but that was fine for me. I did not experience the bagginess that other reviews cite - the leggings were neither too loose nor too tight. Since my race, I have worn these leggings to the gym and to Barre class, and they have performed well in those settings, too. During my race, I received so many compliments on these leggings, and since then, I receive compliments every time I wear them. Women have stopped me on the street and in stores to tell me how cute I look and to ask me where I bought these leggings. You should definitely buy them, too, to receive this boost to your self esteem. I've worn and washed these leggings several times, and I have not noticed any reduction in quality. If I need additional mermaid leggings, I will definitely be a repeat customer. I recommend these leggings - 5 stars.

Got these for Disney world! They fit perfectly. Just very thin. So make sure to wear more layers if it's colder out!

These fit a lot better than shiny metallic emerald leggings I needed to match my top from same vendor. The scales and fit are great. Elastic is good. Scales are good. I might keep for mermaid costume. Was going for poison ivy but this doesn't match my top. Otherwise these seem like a great Halloween legging.

I looked at chart and thought I maybe needed a 3x. I am ordering an X instead. This is big when first putting on. Kind of baggy in bum, thighs and ankles. If you like less form fitting pants, might be okay. I was going for a 1950's "Grease" look and want a closer fit.

Fabric does not stretch much

Fabric will NOT hold you in if you have a stomach. You would need an undergarment - fabric has very little stretch
