A good starter bench for the money, if you start moving up into lifting heavier weight you'll need to invest in a heavier duty bench, the rack stand is good for the heavier weights. My husband benches weights above 200lbs and he feels that the bench is a little spongy.

i'd give this 5 stars because the quality is good, BUT it does NOT come with tools to put it together. which would cost them a few cents. I now have to wait another few days to get the right tools to put it together.

This weight bench is awesome. It's compact enough to save some space but still sturdy. Very easy to put together. My 10 year old son and I knocked it out in under an hour. I'm a big guy (6'1", 220ish) and I fit fine on the bench. It moves a little since it's adjustable but not much.
Stability could be better on the rack but it was worth the price

My 14 year old put it together himself so easy set up. It is really a beginner weight bench but fits our purposes. I love how the weight bench is separate from the squat rack and is on wheels so easy to move around.
