I purchased and installed the Ustellar LED Under Cabinet Lighting Kit 10ft, 1500lm LED Light Strip, Hand Wave Activated Control kit about 3 weeks ago. Installation took all of 15 minutes because I work slow ( 85 years have taken their tole! )
The product is innovative, well thought out, well engineered, well manufactured and easy to install! As if that weren't enough it is surprising affordable!
Once installed the visual impact on our kitchen was truly impressive! This rates among the MOST cost effective and satisfying purchases I have made!
I mounted the light strip by the adhesive backing on the back of it! ( as opposed to two other methods supplied )
Plugged it in and finished, it worked!
The motion detector works as advertised at the motion of ones hand under the cabinet.
The light strip arrived in one roll, as opposed to the individual strips pictured and can be cut in specific places and connected together by small connecting devices supplied. It's just that easy to tailor to ones needed configuration.
It's worth buying just to play with and see how many ways you can think to use it!

Was skeptical at first, but found the installation to be very easy, lights are bright, adhesive very adhesive-y, and the look of the final install was very clean. The motion-activated switch was a big bonus as the lights are near food prep area. I will be getting two more of these for the rest of the kitchen.
The 'lessons learned' were not enough to reduce my rating. Lights are bright and when placed under cabinet/above marble counter, the many LED lights reflect in the marble surface. Martha Stewart would probably take big points away for diffusing the lights, but she won't be visiting any time soon. Also, the directions were fine for me, but some novice installers don't get specifically told 1) to keep positive and negative connections aligned and 2) how far in does the light strip go into connectors. Ustellar would be wise to include a picture of the strip laying in the clip before it staps shut. Directions don't clearly say, 'open the clip, lay the strip inside, make sure contacts align, close clip'.

All in all, very pleased with purchase.

As a simple under-cabinet lighting solution this is an outstanding value. I've gone the low-voltage transformer plus puck lights route before and the headache and expense is not remotely worth it in the LED light strip era. After a family member installed a HUE light strip in his kitchen I began looking for a similar but more economical solution. Aside from a few minor complaints, I couldn't be happier with these.

PROS:
- Price, it's less than one third the sale price of a 6.5 foot HUE light strip (this is ~10 feet of LEDs). The lights are white only and not controlled by an Echo or cell-phone app, but I don't want to control my kitchen lights that way anyway.
- Flexible installation options included, allowing you to divide the strip to make right-angle turns, span short gaps, and mount using the adhesive backing or hardware.
- The motion activated switch works well... much better than an airport bathroom faucet, you just have to get your hand within about 3 inches.

CONS:
- The only real negative I encountered was that making the connections after cutting the LED strip was a little tricky. It's essentially a friction-fit connection on plastic tape, so kind of like trying to shoot pool with a rope. Actually, it's not that bad, but I had to cut an extra segment (just a couple inches) off the LED strip after botching one attempt in order to get a fresh set of contacts, and the connection was a little touch-and-go until everything was taped into place.

All in all, I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

These lights are great! I remodeled my kitchen about 10 years ago. My wife bought some LED lights as under cabinet lights. She paid $350 for 3 sets of these lights. From the beginning the lights were not very bright. After about 3 or 4 years some started to flicker and some of the LED's went out. Granted these were made at the beginning of LED lighting but they sucked. I bought these to replace those lights. These lights are 3 or 4 times brighter and much easier to install. Because my cabinets have some angles I cut the LED strips and soldered wires to them to create sections that I could adhere using the stick on adhesive. It's very easy to solder these strips together if you have any soldering experience. If you don't get a soldering kit and practice. There are numerous youtube video's showing how to solder. It's not hard. I have bought some more LED strip lights for other projects.

These are really light gauge but very solid, durable and bright. I ran the 9 ft strip around the inside frame of our RV pantry closet in one piece. I did not cut or use any connectors. The peel off strip seems to be holding very well. I placed the motion detector up top and affixed a piece of credit card to the door so the motion trips the light on when door opens and off when it closes. Well worth the money spent and very easy to install.
