Well as far as the price goes its great. I got this so I could see something different when I take a shower. I was going to get the delta but when I saw this one I changed my mind and decided to wait on that expensive one for a while. Will update as time passes but its not the worst showerhead. Not sure if it affected the water pressure but my water pressure is pretty good here. I like the option to use just the handle or just the showerhead. I recommend it if your looking for a cheaper showerhead with wand. The delta was over 200. We will see how long it lasts.

Recieve used after paying for new! Packages where cut open! There was even water spots with water inside my spray heads!

It's looks as advertised and does project (with the correct setting selected) powerful streams of water, but the (nut end, not the end that screws onto the hand-held piece) hose would not screw onto the water diverter. I tried numerous times. I made a call to the company and they're sending me a replacement hose. The call was quick, simple and very easy! And i understand sometimes there are production defects, or products with defects. To make it up, I'm happy with good customer service in response to those defects and concerns. If the replacement hose corrects the issue, I'll very likely give a better rating.

This thing is a pain. The handheld will not stay put and it always falls down even when it's not being touched. The two heads really do not align well so the water doesn't flow the way I like. Surely not worth the money. I hate that I am out of my return window by 1 week or I would return it because it is terrible.

I have tried to receive help from the seller on this dual shower head. I have used another one previously and the handheld head will click into place and stay until you take it out of the holder. This one has nothing to hold it in place, despite what the picture shows. As soon as the water flow starts, the hose slips out of the holder and falls. I sometimes like a dual showerhead, without holding the handheld in my hand.
Very disappointed in the way this shower head works. The handheld hose is wrapped around the pipe coming out of my wall.
