Comparing these against the Food Saver Branded bags. These are very similar, and worked as well the Branded bags I normally use.
They had the textured side necessary for the machine to pull air out of the bag.
The plastic seemed just a bit thinner than Food Saver bags.

These bags are great! We ordered the 6 pack, as we had to portion out about 100lbs of homemade sausage. We still have several rolls left for other needs. The rolls are much larger than I expected. We used it with our Food Saver brand machine and it worked like a charm.

I thought I could save a few dollars by purchasing this instead of the Food Saver brand. Not so. These rolls curl too much and are much less flexible than the name brand. The curl is so bad that it is difficult to load the bags into the machine and the food into the bag
