The pivots and o rings make all the difference. The O rings maintain the perfect amount of slack to not get tangled around your neck but still be loose and quickly adjustable. I can't even imagine using carabineers like other kits include. An added plus to the O rings is that I can take the pulleys down after playing without messing up my adjustments. +1 for when I have guests. The pivots has been a surprising winner. Instead of over-twisting and breaking the cable you get a lot of extra leeway since they accommodate twist. Plus you don't have to worry about how you hang the pulleys. I also appreciate that this kit comes with dry wall hooks as well as adhesive hooks. I'de recommend setting it up so you rely on just one pulley to pull the cable most of the time to have the least head tug, but then have the other pulleys spaced fairly closely to manage the cables. I also recently weighted the pulley string with fishing weights to make the pulley less noticeable.

Worthless pulley system... I bought three sets of these from the seller and I have a total of 12 pulleys left. That's 6 pulleys that have broken, the line breaks on them and then retracts back into the casing. I have standard 10 foot ceilings and I'm not even putting a lot of pressure on them. I bought the extra pack to allow for multiple pulleys in the same area near the headset and they've just continued to break.

*Just don't even bother buying... not worth the money to keep replacing them*

Nice kit that comes with everything you need to get your VR cables off the floor. The swivel eyelets included on each retractable cable keep your wires from from twisting and possibly damaging them. I had a similar set up without the swivels and had to replace my rift HMD cable after a while due to the twisted cable causing static interference in the image. Next the rubber o-rings help you position the cable in the air to give you the appropriate amount of slack for your play area. It also came with two methods of attaching them to the ceiling (sticky pads or threaded hooks).
The only criticism is the tension seems to be slightly tight and may tug on your head set. What I ended up doing was cannibalizing the o-rings and swivel and put them on the cable management system I originally had but only on the last one that was connected to my HMD. Then I used the retractable devices with more tension to keep the cables up closer to the ceiling and actually preferred the carabiners over the O-Rings for these so that it was easier to slide the cables back into place. This kit would get 5 stars if the tension was adjustable and came with carabiners along with the rubber o-rings.

Just what I needed! I have a living room setup for my HTC Vive. it was a little annoying having to be aware of the wires all the time while playing games, specially when my kiddos are playing. I would either get smashed in the face with remotes while trying to move the cable around while they play or they tripped on me. The instructions are easy to read with pictures (for people like me). The setup really helps out with cable management, so much easier to walk around and play. the system comes with two options, screw in or stick on. i have a textured ceiling so the stick on i did not try thinking that since there's less surface to grab it would eventually peel off. I chose the screw on to attach to the ceiling, which includes the expanding base to grab on in the dry wall. The tethering line is long enough to have good movement around. Really happy I got this, you wont regret it.
