Great little set to drink espresso.

I'm beyond satisfied with the quality of these cups. The fact that it comes with its little spoons and saucers makes its value a great deal for anybody needed espresso cups. I love it.

I love coffee. I am also highly sensitive to caffeine. Decaf coffee is an abomination. Solution? Tiny cups! I have my daily tiny cup of coffee in the mornings so I can get my taste of coffee without feeling as though my heart is going to beat out of my mouth. My husband makes enough coffee in the morning to fill up his two monstrous canteens, and also my tiny cup. He insists on serving it to me with the tiny saucer and the tiny spoon so I can stir the creamer around in it. It makes me feel so dainty, like I'm I tiny mouse dressed in a little dress.

Cups should have been smaller

This set remind us of the espresso cups, saucers and spoons we have seen all over Italy. It makes us feel like we are back in a small Italian town drinking espresso at the counter with the locals. We also saw similar ones in Michelin Star restaurants. Simply put, these have an authentic feel - simple clean lines, bright white, nice handle. Stacks neatly and evenly. For the price I expected junky little spoons with rough edges, but the spoons are shiny and smooth and really bring this set up to the next level. I considered giving this a 4-star because the first set arrived very damaged, and the replacement set had a crack in one cup. This is surprising because the set comes attractively packaged in a box with excellent snug-fitting padding. Maybe the box itself needs to be bigger or sturdier or the fault may actually lie with Amazon's shipping methods or the drivers' carelessness - I cannot say who is at fault. I will say the company provided excellent customer care. I didn't notice a crack on one of the cups in the second set until 3 days after the return window, but I contacted them for a replacement cup in case they would make an exception to the return policy. A couple days later a whole new set arrived at no cost to me with no request from the company to return the original set. Bottom line: I am giving a 5 star review because the set is nice quality, a good value for the money, authentically charming, and there was such good customer. Hopefully they can figure out what is happening in the shipping process.
