Having gout is like something inserted a lifetime of misery into your body. I hate to tell whomever put it into mine that I was already suffering from more pain than anyone should endure in their lifetime after seven lower back surgeries, full total shoulder and elbow replacements, neck fusions, Chronic Rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathy (no diabetes but maybe next!) , and more painful afflictions than I care to count. Now, I get hit with GOUT, which is the nastiest four letter word ever written or endured!
Throughout all of the epidural injections to control my back pain enough to sometimes walk and hold a grand child, I get this excruciatingly painful disease on top of everything else. I have perused the internet looking for something to help stop flare-ups of this darn stuff and finally have found something that has kept me out-break free for almost two months. I blend the juice of one pineapple with five cucumbers and drink 4 oz of this concoction in the morning before breakfast and at night before dinner. Then, each morning I take two of these pills with a 4 oz. glass of unprocessed tart black cherry juice. These pills were the cou'd grace for my gout.

Tart Cherry Extract Capsules with Celery Seed sounded like a great fit for my husband and I. He was already taking a tart cherry extract as a preventative for gout. I have medical issues that result in joint and body pain. It also affects my sleep. I thought if this helps with joint pain and quality of sleep that it's a win-win.
My husband took two pills faithfully for about 2 weeks. He didn't like that these pills are bigger than his previous tart cherry extract. This brand also requires you to take two pills. He stopped taking them so I ordered his old tart cherry extract and he was done with this brand.
I finished my bottle and never felt any difference in my joint and body pain. I am writing this at 6am after being up for several hours; it hasn't improved my sleep quality. I will finish the bottle I have and I won't be reordering it. I think this extract may help others; but so far it hasn't help me.

Tried a few bottles but it really DO not work. I thought maybe initially taking just 1-2 bottles and let the body get used to it but then it really does not lower urate levels at all. It is better to take 1 lemon a day which citrus acid directly works on urate levels. Check the US gov nih on urate levels with lemons or citrus

When you see pictures of older couples, and I mean old older couples together advertising a product they are always smiling. I will tell you right now from first hand experience that those pictures are BS!!! The truth of the matter is when you get old you hurt! Your knees hurt, your back hurts, everything hurts! Just about every joint in your body hurts like hell for a lot of older people. You end up trying product after product to help ease the pain. Sometimes they work for a while and then stop. Other times they don't work at all and you've wasted your money completely. Good Lord, how many times have I done that? Well I found this company and the first product I tried was the MCT powder for the ketogenic diet that I was on and it worked great! I started looking at their other products and found this tart cherry, read the reviews, and decided to give it a go. All I can say is WOW!!!!! You gotta try this for joint pain!!! If you've tried other products for joint pain and they don't work and you haven't tried this, DO IT!!!! Don't give up and keep suffering like I almost did. When you start taking it give it a week. That'll tell you if it's going to work for you... at least that's what I did. It took me about 3 or 4 days before I noticed a huge difference. Maybe because I'm an old crocodile (I'm 69) and everything hurts like hell?!?! Anyway.... Good luck with this and I pray that it will work well for you! 😊

I've recently increased my workout and activity level by probably 300%. I got this product as part of a promotion, and I really think it's helping my muscles recover more quickly. My muscles used to be ornery for days after resistance training, and my knees used to prevent me from skiing a whole day on the slopes. But I'm golden now! Perhaps I am becoming better conditioned, but my muscles and joints do seem to be a lot happier with me these days.
