Refills Zippo Lots! Lasts long even with heavy usage

zippo Lighter Fluid, 12 oz.
I bought this for my Zippo lighter, link below, for camping trips and other odds and ends and have been impressed with how many times this can refill that little thing. Works great with the Zippo and lasts a while even after heavy usage. I have bought more since, but would recommend buying the bigger size if you use your zippo often.

Apparently, gas stations no longer carry lighter fluid. Ran around town for like an hour trying to find it to no avail, finally gave up since it was the middle of the night and the big stores were closed. Wait, maybe that was my problem. I was driving around at 3am looking for lighter fluid and everyone thought I was a tweaker on the search for butane. Hmm. This isn't butane. Hope you know that. This also isn't charcoal starter fluid. It is lighter fluid, useful for things like lighters that require a liquid fuel. Not kerosene lamps for camping either. Do they still make those? Man, I feel old.
Anyway, buy it if you need it, you won't be disappointed. Unless you are using it for something it wasn't designed for.
Zippo can of fluid

Zippo fluid is excellent for Zippo and Imco lighters..... I give 5 stars because I love the metal can:) and This is good lighter fluid ..... But research is also good and Zippo owns Ronsonol which apparently is not as well packaged but the same fluid for half the price:)..... the Ronsonol can is plastic and can be burned in a camp fire or house stove to dispose of it. Yet the Zippo fluid can is less likely to get punctured or if it gets warm it will not expand like a plastic can or worse melt through (I've done both, yeah take a two day vacation and leave the heat on and you'll come home to find the Ronsonol can expanded like a balloon).... Considering how many times you can fill a lighter with a 12 oz can, I prefer the Zippo can, it's only a couple bucks difference.... And Zippo knows their can is more cool so yep it's a couple bucks more.
Poor Quality Control. Rusted container. UPDATE: New one was much better.

1st Review: Product arrived rusted and definitely not 12 oz worth of fluid in it. Contacted amazon and am being sent a replacement. Will see if the next one is better.

UPDATE: Amazon sent a replacement right away. Fits the Zippo Lighter perfectly. This container was in good condition, no rust. A minor dent on the bottom. Amazon's customer service, is, as always, on point. I am still docking a star because I never should have been sent a partially full, rusted one to begin with.
Perfectly good lighter fluid

It is lighter fluid, and appropriately flammable and petroleum-product smelling. Better, it is Zippo lighter fluid, and it ensures that your Zippo lighter produces a flame. [I'm not sure what can be said about lighter fluid-- I don't have the chemistry background to write about its purity, nor am I willing to buy some other, lesser brand to do a comparison. It works very well in my Zippo, with a nice lock-down plastic tip to ensure that when you refill your lighter most of the fluid goes into the cotton batting and not over your hands. The tip is "childproof", which means you may need to ask the neighbor's five year old how to open it.]
