Once I figured how to put it on, it seemed like an excellent way to keep your mixing product down on the whisk, and not all up the stem. It also makes cleaning the whisk a lot easier.

It arrived quickly and is works as described. I practiced applying and removing it from my whisk prior to actually using it with batter, but when I actually had to remove it with the batter all over my whisk, it was a bit more difficult than I expected. I am sure it will simply require more practice on my part. Good theory! I'll keep trying!
