This shoe is not a running shoe by any means. I have a wide foot, and so I could feel the sole of the shoe stabbing meet on the side of my foot, and that was very uncomfortable. Because the shoe is made from cloth, it conforms to the shape of your foot, and that can look kind of weird.

Definitely a casual wear shoe. Not for hard physical activity. Shoe fits loose, entire upper is elastic mesh, so no real support. My son loves them for just banging around the house. I only rated it 3 stars because it is listed as a running shoe, which it definitely is not suited for.
