What isn't made clear before buying this is it's useless without a smartphone. Mine arrived with the wrong time and date and the instructions give no way to change it. My phone was stolen and until it's replaced the watch is sitting in its box because the only apparent way to update the time and date is through the app, which won't work on my tablet. Update: it's useless period. Won't pair with phone and the app crashes everytime it's opened.
Strap design is more secure with the hole design and slot to slip in the band for extra security.

Overall, I like this tracker but it really needs some work to be a good investment. It doesn't keep a charge long. The design to charge is ridiculous and difficult. It stops working at random times. That being said, it actually counts my steps without having to wave my arms like a baffoon and it shows I sleep during the day since I work at night where other trackers have seriously failed on both of these things. So it has potential but it needs improvement. For now, I'm returning it.

I got this for my husband who recently had a health check up and his blood pressure was a bit high. After comparing different blood pressure wearable options available here on Amazon, I decided to get this one off of the mostly positive reviews and that you can set measurements to imperial instead of metric (being made in China). The user guide is not easy to understand since it was translated from Chinese (why I docked a star), but thankfully, I'm a native Chinese speaker so I'm able to decipher what some of the English terms meant by looking at the Chinese description. I'm not sure how accurate the measurements are (blood pressure, steps, HR, etc.). However, we don't expect this to give us 100% accuracy, but rather a ballpark reference point on my husband's overall wellness and motivate him to be more active and be more mindful of his blood pressure level. He's been wearing it for about a week now and so far, we are happy with this.
