Works great and no issues!

These work great. I've installed two of them in our building. Keep in mind, the bar and magnet have to touch, and if the building loses power they will unlock as it's an electromagnet. You'll either want to use a mechanical lock at night or use a UPS.
Install is straightforward and pretty simple. You'll want to buy a few spools of different colored wire but other than that, all hardware and templates are included. For schematics you'll have to refer to instructions as well as look up video. To ease installation, I drafted this schematic (attached pic) and printed/hung it by controller for future troubleshooting.
I took the second doorbell from other door lock, and bought a secondary button to have next to lobby counter so that's why there's two in the attached schematic. The kit comes with one door button, and one door bell.
But yeah, works great, tons of pull force (nobody can force door open and the mechanics here have tried). The kit also comes with key cards and keychain fobs all which work well and are super easy to program. I really recommend this kit.

1st off, tech support on this item was amazing! The documentation does not include some info that most eventually will want relating to programming but, tech support was very fast with responses to those questions. They were also spot-on in helping me resolve a functionality issue. Tip: tape/insulate all of the small unused wires coming from the keypad to avoid important issues. The kit does not include a motion sensor exit device and has to be purchased separately unless you are okay with pressing a button every time you exit. I can highly recommend this item due to the very good technical support I received.

The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews I almost chose a different product some people were saying the magnet wasn't strong enough. After installing I tried to force the door open to no avail. Great product would definitely recommend.
Here is how you hook this thing up for NC (opens on power loss unless you have a backup battery)

1. Power Supply (PS) PUSH hooks to Yellow on keypad, and one of the exit switch wires, and blue on the control panel.
2. PS GND hooks to Purple and black from the keypad, and the other one of the wires from the exit button.
3. PS +12V hooks to Red on the keypad.
4. PS "“COM hooks to Black on the magnetic door lock.
5. PS +NC hooks to the Red on the magnetic door lock.
Now just type in *999999# (or current master code) and then hit 1, then swipe the RFID tag and then hit #. You can do this for each of the tags you want to enter. When you are done hit * to exit and test your tags.
