This is our 3rd Acorn grill. We take off the short feet and replace them with 1 1/2" dowel rods. This puts the grill at the same height as a standard grill. Cooks just enough for two people plus does not consume much charcoal fuel too. Makes a great 1" steak by cooking at 500 degrees and flipping it every minute for a total of 6-8 flips depending on the season. Grill has the best flavor using big block lump style in a small grill.

When I ordered the product, it didn't arrive until I contacted the seller. Apparently the original shipment was lost in transition and the seller didn't knew about it's delivery status until I reached out with a complaint.

Believe me, the seller was so nice that they worked with me diligently to ensure I get my product and they even partially compensated me for the price of a used grill that I had to purchase since this didn't arrive on time during holidays. Eventually I did get the product, and I was very satisfied with the quality of purchase. (both product and seller). This is a mom and pop seller who made every effort to get the issue fixed and worked tirelessly and kept me updated on the progress of the shipment until the product was finally delivered.

Sometime issues occur outside of control of seller, however being able to go above and beyond to meet buyers expectation and also deliver a quality product is something I cherish about this purchase and HIGLY RECOMMEND this seller and this product.
