Have always enjoyed Dak Hams. Although I've never really baked one and ate it just as a ham.

But what I have found that i use this for is to chop it up and fry into my omelets or chopping up and throwing into my instant mashed potatoes. A great addon for these types of uses and I use it weekly in this manner and love it.

I've also used Dak in stir-frys, Cobb salads by chopping it up and frying some chunks and ham salad mixed with mayo and other ingredients for sandwiches.
