Love these for kickboxing.I have lots of problems with my feet but didn't want to give up kickboxing so I tried these and love them. The padding is a life saver and I love the open bottoms so I can turn on my foot. I wear a 8.5 -9 women's shoe and thought the XL was too large so I went a size smaller. Could have gone either way.
