I used these dried flowers to decorate the cake for my daughter's bridal shower. Everyone loved it and thought it was beautiful! They are edible, but most of them are difficult to eat/chew. The lavender, however, is delicious!! Overall, I was very pleased with this purchase!

Was very surprised at the quality .of coarse you get a few over dried things but i found them useful.just wish it had come with a description of their uses instead of having to look up 40 different flowers !!! Great bang for your buck though
