As an owner of this and the NES mini version I can say that they first one was way better, the pouch to hold the HDMI cable needs the cable to be folded in a very specific way, and it can only hold that, the power cable is supposed to be on the top mesh pocket along with the controllers, the controllers are not as secure as they were on the NES one.
Regarding the color of the case, the pictures show a grey color, but in reality is more of a purplish one, the middle logo on mine is a bit crooked but not a deal breaker.
All in all its a very good case, but it has these small caveats that might not be a big problem for everyone.
