Worst product ever.

Hard to believe you could absolutely HATE some object within the first 5 minutes but you really can with this piece of junk. Clearly all the good reviews were written by their company employees or paid hacks. Will not communicate with my Windows 10. My computer says my product (this frame) is "faulty". Is sure is!!!!!

Ruined a $60 manicure trying to get the SD card OUT, broke my nail off, - still haven't gotten the damn card out, tried various other things to get the card out, won't come out. What a piece of cow poop.

SO MUCH REGRET WASTING TIME AND MONEY ON THIS JUNK! Of course you cannot call customer support, nope, not a phone number one to be had. Gotta email, wait a day or two, get screwed while messages get lost in translation somewhere and you hold a faulty junky thing that has cost me $75 ON TOP OF THE $98 PRICE TAG right out of the gate with a ruined manicure and the lost/ruind SD card I inserted in it.

I want a refund, and I want my refund to reflect the price of my lost SD card that they get to keep when I ship it back. Why is it so freaking hard to just buy a quality, working product these days? Even if I got it work with my computer i would never get to see the video because the damn card DOES NOT COME OUT.

Did I mention the card doesn't come out? Why can't the card just be spring loaded to pop out like it does on most other devices (in fact every other device I own has a spring to pop the card out). I also didn't realize I was buying a FOREIGN product until I got it and saw the paperwork with it.

I wish my refund could repay my wasted manicure money too.

Will never do business with them again. Oh sure their packaging looks great, but it only hides poop they send.

It looked nice! No one could guess that there is a camera in there. The packaging was really formal and nice! I've it displayed in my house and it looks nice. All regret I have is that I should have ordered black one which looked better in the pic. However it's a cool product with sd card slot and a good camera quality. There's even a button for recording audio or no. Overall, it's a quality product!

A couple of weeks ago we moved into a new house and decided that it would be nice to set up a surveillance in the living room. I accidentally stumbled across this camera and thought it was a neat idea. It blends with the interior, you can put it on the table and hang it on the wall. Depends on which position is best for a view spot in your home. We tried the camera for a week, and I can say that the video quality is excellent, including night vision. A high-capacity battery allows it to work for a long time without recharging. You must agree, it would look strange if a wire was connected to a photo frame. Plus, the frame looks stylish and looks good in the interior. I highly recommend this hidden camera. I feel safe with it in my house.

At first I thought that the circle design around the picture frame looked a bit odd and might seem out of place, but in person it looks pretty normal. The camera is very discreet, and even knowing where the camera is, it still takes some time to find it/point it out to someone. It is too bad that the camera doesn't have WiFi streaming. I didn't actually need WiFi streaming for my specific use of the frame, but it would have been nice to help set it up. Also I wish the frame came with an SD card so that I could get started using it right away.

I am impressed by how long the battery seems to last. The packaging says 2 years on standby motion detection mode. I will update this review if my experience is anything different.

At first the set up was a touch tricky but I emailed the seller and with very little delay, got a very helpful response along with a link to a video that was super helpful. Im not very good at technical things, so I'd say with confidence the problem I was having in setting it up was not due to the product, but due to my own inability. Now that I have it up and running, the product is fantastic!
