it works. The only issue I have is there is no reference as a guide for setting the date. You will have to look at it backwards to determine the date to use.
Basic stamp, good for price

The stamp is very basic, so exactly what I paid for. As other reviewers have noticed, the dials to change the date can be a little difficult to work with, but not impossible. If you want to use it extremely frequently, I'd suggest a higher quality stamp that's easier to manipulate.
The ink pads are very easy to install, just unwrap and slide into the slot. The stamp doesn't retract the pad into the handle, so I'd recommend removing the stamp pad & putting the cover back on if you don't plan on using it for awhile. Otherwise it'll dry out pretty quickly.
All in all, it's what I expected so I am happy with it. I do wish the stamp pad had somewhere to go so it didn't dry out so easily.

So far this has been working just fine. There is no mistaking at work that this is MY stamper. Hopefully this is the last stamper I have accidentally taken by someone else, lol. I do agree with some of the other reviewers who said they wished it came with like a photo of how to put on the ink pad. The description is a tiny bit confusing from the standpoint that, (at least they way my brain works) I thought the stamp was coming with the ink pad in it AND 2 spares. But in reality you get the stamper with no ink pad and then 2 that are safety wrapped in a little plastic case. I had no idea how to put it in, but my husband figured it out for me.n
The size is nice it fits on my check book pad to stamp ...

It is a little smaller that I expected, Probably did not pay attention the the dimension. I had trouble inserting the ink pad because the whole
item is so small. One of the number bands moved when I put the ink pad in and because it is so small I had trouble setting the band to the proper number. The dial wheel is difficult to turn. The size is nice it fits on my check book pad to stamp the date. I don't think I would buy this again because of the tiny mechanism.

It's great but no instructions on how to place the ink pads. I had my doubts and thanks to a photo I saw were the pad should go. That is my only complaint. The price is right and it works
