I have a 34 waist and had to cut a significant portion away, but better to get too much than too little. LOVE THIS BELT. I use to always run rigger's belts, but got tired of the velcro wearing out and the prices going up. This is a good sturdy belt which lets the wearer add stuff to their belt without getting undressed. Comes apart just as easily by unclipping the sturdy mechanism, or unlooping the belt itself. But it doesn't come off unless you want it to. Great tactical selection as long as you don't need a no-kidding rigger's belt with D-rings. I use it for hunting and every-day wear. Ordered three more after getting my first one. Good gift too.

My delivery came earlier today as expected. I was very happy when I tried it on in that it fits exactly as would any other belt you would buy in any store. The hardware and the material I haven't tested only time will tell but it looks and feels like you could beat a tree into submission with it, if that's what your into I guess.... You know what I mean? I love it and would highly recommend it.

Others bashed this belt. Understand, you will have to thread the belt through the belt loops and through the buckle, due to the fact the buckle will not fit through belt loops. Once set up very easy to use, but if you are not willing to put the belt through the loops this way buy something else. Bought a second one.
